It's a basic part of the RDS
encoder containing special program inside necessary for
self-building of the RDS encoder.
The Magic RDS Module
contains two PIC microcontrollers (PIC12C508 and PIC16F84). This
pair forms "a core" of the RDS encoder. You can order one pair of
the microcontrollers for individual RDS encoder building or more of
the pairs, e.g. for the RDS encoder distribution purposes. The price
is 30 EUR per one pair.
The RDS Encoder 3S contains
one PIC microcontroller (PIC16F84). The price is
15 EUR per one piece.
Since there are no
4.332 MHz crystals available in some
countries, it's possible to send them in common with PIC
microcontrollers. These crystals are necessary for building the RDS
encoders. Maximum amount of sampling is one crystal per one PIC16F84
microcontroller. The price is 1 EUR per one
piece added to complete price.
