The ZM-NB47J northbridge heatsink does not
require a fan, and thus does not need to be powered and does not create
noise or vibration and can cool the Northbridge chipset down to an
optimal temperature without generation of noise.
Includes heatsink, thermal paste and required bolts / nuts and push pins.
Requires a motherboard with two mounting holes around northbridge.
