Thanks to Latvenergo and me that I do not have any UPS for my home PC. Yesterday my PC restarted suddenly and now Zend is not loading. Searched for solution and found it:

Just delete the .snap file and ZendStudio will start: Zend\workspaces\DefaultWorkspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resource\.snap

It really helps.
