Heres an example of what they've done in simple terms:
For 9.95euro you could originally buy a month which you could download up to 25GB in a day with.
Now, for 9.95euro you can buy 1,000 “rapids” which, if you download up to (just) 20GB a day it will cost you 78 of these “rapids” to do so. This means, that your 9.95euro will now only buy you 13 days of downloading 20GB before your “rapids” run out, whereas before it bought you 30 days. So the nice people at RS have ripped us off to the tune of 17 days of downloading. And yes, Im outta there too once my “Crapids” are finished.
