So, I know you tried to run tsMuxer on 64bit Linux and got following error:

./tsMuxeR: error while loading shared libraries: libfreetype.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

And you gave up? Wrong move, dude!
Here is solution:

apt-get install ia32-libs-dev

Epic win!
After this small step everything works fine.

Usage:
For start muxing: tsMuxeR <meta file name> <out file/dir name>
For detect stream params: tsMuxeR <media file name>
