Runa ir par win xp un situāciju, kad pēc jaunas video draivera versijas uzinstalēšanas visas divx filmas ir pikseļainas (un iekš dxdiag rādās, ka DirectDraw not available)... at-/uzinstalējot draiverus un/vai directx - nekas neizmainījās...

Vairāku dienu pētījuma un Interneta pārmeklēšanas rezultātā atradās sekojošs teksts:

Instructions for use:

1. install dcpro
2. uninstall your gpu drivers using add/remove
3. reboot
4. cancel all attempts of windows to search for a driver for your 'new hardware'
5. run dcpro, select nVidia and hit GO or OKAY or whatever it is
6. once it's done reboot
7. enjoy your clean system

Nah, Driver Cleaner Pro is old, and the new Driver Cleaner costs money even to try.

But, very conveniently, the good folks at Guru3D has created a similar program called Guru3D Driver Sweeper, which is completely free and can remove both NVIDIA and ATI drivers.

EDIT: It can remove Creative, Realtek and AGEIA PhysX drivers too.
